LOIS’ BIOGRAPHY

After a satisfying career as a writer, editor, and director of public relations, Lois Seeligsohn launched Word Association, a freelance writing, ghostwriting, editing and P.R. consulting service. Her accounts include:

Who's Who of American Women


Lois has chaired key committees, and held leadership positions in several professional associations. As president of Women in Communications, Inc., she led the Philadelphia Chapter of 200+ members and a $200,000 annual budget. She created the Camden Neighborhood Promotion Campaign, a marketing strategy that helped attract to the city $30 million in residential and commercial development. In addition, she directed P.R. for a citywide Task Force to promote creation of a Special Improvement District (SID) on the Camden waterfront. The effort won enabling legislation, as well as official sanction for SIDs citywide.
