For the 100th anniversary of The Jewish Forward, Steve Traiman and associates provided a comprehensive three-month multimedia campaign that resulted in national publicity and a big kickoff for the year-long Centennial celebration.

Elements included logo design incorporating the Yiddish, English and Russian weekly editions; media list creation encompassing national, international, regional and Jewish publications, radio and TV outlets; a series of press releases highlighting Centennial events including a Town Hall celebration and seminars at The New School for Social Research and New York University; Media Kit creation, including history, interview resources and media quotes; and design, editing, publication and promotion of a 64-page memento booklet, "A Vital Voice: 100 Years of the Jewish Forward," by former contributor Gus Tyler.

World Golf League


For the launch of the World Golf League (WGL) in Orlando, FL, a dynamic new venture for “almost professional” golfers, Steve Traiman provided concept and copy for a multi-faceted campaign focused on the Professional Golf Assn. (PGA) Annual Merchandise Expo that draws 60,000 industry participants.

Elements included a 9 by 12-inch Media Folder with an 8-page, 4-color Introduction Brochure covering History, Mission, Management Team, National Final Tournament, Territory & Sponsor Opportunities; individual inserts on Investor Opportunities & U.S./Global Territories, Corporate Sponsorship & Promotional Opportunities, Licensee Opportunities, Golf Professional Program and WGL Media Support Center; several press releases; and an 8-panel, 4-color Direct Mail Membership brochure that sparked more than 7,500 sign-ups. Winner of NJ Creatives/SWAN Award for Collateral Material/Direct Mail Piece That Best Communicates Its Message.
